1. Nature of Membership
Tide & True is a private matchmaking service operated by Sophie Hall.

By joining the database, you are expressing interest in being considered for potential introductions.

This is not a paid service and does not guarantee:

any introductions
contact from Tide & True
being matched with a client
any ongoing involvement

2. No Obligation or Guarantee
Inclusion in the database does not create any obligation on Tide & True to:

contact you
provide introductions
keep you actively considered
Tide & True may choose to contact you if a suitable match arises, but is under no obligation to do so.

3. Match Consideration
If Tide & True believes you may be a suitable match for a client, you may be contacted privately to assess interest.

Any introduction will only proceed with your knowledge and consent.

Tide & True retains full discretion over:

who is selected for consideration
whether an introduction is made

4. Data & Privacy
Your information will be stored securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Tide & True’s Privacy Policy.

Your profile, photos, and personal details will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

Tide & True may retain your information for a reasonable period for matchmaking purposes, after which it may be securely deleted or anonymised.

You may request to:

access your data
update your information
have your data removed at any time

5. Accuracy of Information
By submitting your details, you confirm that:

all information provided is accurate
you are at least 18 years old
you are single and free to enter a relationship
you are participating in good faith

6. Conduct & Suitability
Tide & True reserves the right to:

decline or remove any individual from the database
discontinue contact at any time
without explanation.

7. Confidentiality
If you are contacted regarding a potential introduction, you agree to:

keep all information confidential
not share or distribute profiles or personal details

8. No Fees
There is no cost to join the database.

If you are selected for an introduction, this does not automatically create any obligation to purchase services.

9. Limitation of Liability
Tide & True is not responsible for:

whether you are selected for introductions
any outcomes resulting from introductions
any interactions or relationships formed

10. Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the database at any time by contacting Tide & True.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Agreement
By submitting your details and ticking the agreement box, you confirm that you:

understand the nature of the database
agree to these terms
consent to your data being stored and processed for matchmaking purposes
consent to being contacted by Tide & True in relation to potential matchmaking opportunities
